Cooking the Filling

- Place a spoonful of the filling on an egg roll wrapper, fold, and seal the edges.
Frying the Egg Rolls
- In a deep pan, heat oil for frying. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
