Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into small squares and place them on the baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy as a cereal or snack!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Roll dough thinly for the perfect crunch. Optional: add nuts or seeds for extra texture and nutrition.
