- Brew a strong cup of black tea and set aside.
Heating the Milk Mixture
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, vanilla syrup, and rose syrup. Stir until warm, but do not boil.
- Froth the milk mixture if desired.
Combining the Ingredients
- Pour the brewed tea into a cup and then add the warm milk mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with dried rose petals if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
If you have any leftovers, store the milk mixture and tea separately in the fridge. Use it within 2 days for the best taste. When ready to enjoy again, heat the mixtures and combine them.
