Preparation
- In a food processor, combine tahini, dates, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Spoon the mixture into the liners, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Place in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until firm.
- Once set, remove from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
You can enjoy these freezer cups straight out of the freezer, letting them soften slightly before serving. They can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
