Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pastry strips.
  5. Twist each strip several times and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush with egg wash for that gorgeous golden finish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
