  • 240 ml chilled brewed coffee Brew coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  • 60 ml milk You can substitute with almond or oat milk for a twist.
  • 30 ml caramel sauce Adjust quantity based on sweetness preference.
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar Feel free to leave it out or use a sugar alternative.
For Serving
  • 1 cup ice cubes Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream Best made fresh; consider vegan alternatives.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew coffee and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, caramel sauce, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Assembly
  1. Pour the chilled coffee into the glass over the ice.
  2. Stir in the milk and caramel mixture until well combined.
  3. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

For a different flavor, try adding vanilla extract or blending in chocolate syrup. If you have leftovers, store in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days.
