  • 2 whole Whole wheat tortillas For wrapping
  • 1 cup Grilled chicken or tofu Choose your protein
  • 2 cups Lettuce or any preferred greens For freshness
  • 1 large Tomato, diced Add vibrant color
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced Creaminess factor
  • 1/2 cup Cheese (feta or cheddar) Optional, for added flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Your favorite dressing Ranch or balsamic vinaigrette suggested

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave for easier rolling.
  2. Gather your grilled chicken or tofu, greens, diced tomato, sliced avocado, and cheese.
Assembly
  1. Layer your preferred fillings on the warmed tortilla.
  2. Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
Serving
  1. Slice the wrap in half and enjoy your creation.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge wrapped tightly in foil or in an airtight container for 2-3 days. To avoid sogginess, prepare the fillings ahead of time and wrap them fresh when ready to eat.
