Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Toppings
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the baking dish.
  6. Layer the chopped strawberries, white chocolate chips, and shredded coconut on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the remaining cake batter over the top, spreading gently.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For added enjoyment, serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days or freeze for up to a month.
