  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, vanilla protein powder, freeze-dried strawberries, honey (or syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix until well combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water or more honey/syrup until it holds together.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

These protein balls are great for meal prep and can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them and pull out as needed.
