Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the sweet potatoes into thin noodles.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato spirals with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  4. Spread the coated spirals in a baking dish, layering them neatly.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
