Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 5 oz baby spinach Fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
  • 1 pint strawberries Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
Dressing
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the baby spinach under cold water and spin or pat dry.
  2. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and slice them thinly.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Assembly
  1. Place the spinach and sliced strawberries in a large salad bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
  2. Gently toss the salad to coat all ingredients evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the sliced almonds and crumbled feta cheese over the top before serving.

Notes

For best results, always toss the salad just before serving to keep the spinach crisp. Store components separately to maintain freshness if you have leftovers.
