Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes
