Ingredients
  

For the S'mores Roll Ups
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas Use fresh tortillas for better texture.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips You can substitute with peanut butter chips.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Alternatively, use crushed cookies.
  • Butter to taste Butter for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over it.
  2. Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly, securing with a toothpick if needed.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt a little butter over medium heat.
  2. Fry the rolled-up tortilla until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before removing the toothpick.
  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, briefly toast your marshmallows before rolling them up. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
