Preparation
- Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over it.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, securing with a toothpick if needed.
Cooking
- In a skillet, melt a little butter over medium heat.
- Fry the rolled-up tortilla until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before removing the toothpick.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, briefly toast your marshmallows before rolling them up. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
