Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the sauce.
Serving
- Serve over steamed rice or noodles, garnished with chopped green onions and peanuts.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat with a splash of chicken broth.
