Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, chili powder, and salt.
- Add rolled oats, cornflakes, mixed nuts, pretzels, sesame sticks, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the mix and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet to crisp up.
- Transfer cooled snack mix to an airtight container.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks; can be frozen for up to 3 months. Don’t rush the baking for the best crunch!
