- Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and toss it with the marinade; let it sit for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Thread the steak cubes, bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill the kebabs for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with sides such as a crunchy cucumber salad or tucked in a pita with yogurt sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can prep by marinating the steak a day in advance.
