- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cheesecake Topping
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Once the cake is cool, spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Whip the heavy cream and spread it over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with fresh strawberries.
- Chill before serving.
