Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a donut pan by greasing it lightly.
  3. Roll out the croissant dough into a large rectangle.
  4. Spread the sourdough starter evenly over the dough.
  5. Add a layer of raspberry preserves on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut it into donut shapes.
  7. Place the donuts in the prepared pan and allow to rise for about 30 minutes.

  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
