Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats Blend to a fine flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 60 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp erythritol Adjust sweetness to taste
  • a pinch salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter Consider alternatives like almond or cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins
  • 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips Add to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the rolled oats in a food processor until they form a fine flour.
  2. Transfer the oat flour to a mixing bowl and add almond flour, protein powder, erythritol, and salt.
  3. Stir the dry ingredients until they mix perfectly.
  4. Add in the peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to three months. Let it sit a few minutes after freezing before enjoying.
