  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  4. Sprinkle sliced pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log.
  6. Cut your log into strips of your preferred thickness.
  7. Place those tasty strips on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
