Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the dry cake mix evenly.
- Pour the pecan mixture over the cake mix without stirring.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm with whipped cream or ice cream!
