Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the unsalted butter and then stir in the granulated sugar until combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chopped Reese's pieces.
Assembly and Baking
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the peanut butter and chocolate chips until smooth; spoon this mixture over the top of the brownie layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the peanut butter layer and marbles slightly with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
These brownies are great topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
