Ingredients
  

For the dough and sauce
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce Store-bought pizza sauce works great.
For the toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices Other toppings can include sausages, mushrooms, or veggies.
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper Optional.
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives Optional.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
  4. Press each triangle into the muffin tin, forming a small cup.
  5. Spoon pizza sauce into each dough cup.
  6. Add cheese and your choice of toppings.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
