Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 piece ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1-2 pieces habanero peppers, depending on desired heat Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1/2 cup honey Use fresh honey for best flavor.
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Fresh lime juice is preferred.
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the mango, habanero peppers, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add salt as needed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  5. Allow to cool before using as a glaze, dip, or salad dressing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about one week. You can also freeze in small portions for longer storage.
