- In a blender, combine the mango, habanero peppers, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add salt as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Allow to cool before using as a glaze, dip, or salad dressing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about one week. You can also freeze in small portions for longer storage.
