  • 8 cups popped popcorn Use plain or lightly salted popcorn.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Can be substituted with coconut oil for a vegan option.
  • 10 ounces white chocolate chips Can use dairy-free chocolate chips for a vegan option.
  • 4 ounces green candy melts Feel free to substitute with other colors or chocolate.
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup green M&Ms Can substitute with other fun candies.
  • 1/3 cup broken pretzel sticks
  • 1 tablespoon green sanding sugar Optional for decoration.
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles Add for a colorful touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the butter, white chocolate chips, green candy melts, and corn syrup.
  4. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully combined.
Coating
  1. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and toss gently to coat evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the green M&Ms, broken pretzel sticks, green sanding sugar, and rainbow sprinkles over the coated popcorn.
  3. Allow the popcorn to set at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 20 minutes.
  4. Break into clusters and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store in an airtight container for up to 1 week. No need to refrigerate! Double the batch for parties and feel free to experiment with different ingredients.
