  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 unit lime, juiced
  • 2 units avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Marinating
  1. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the lime mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve topped with sliced avocado and chopped cilantro.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken overnight for extra flavor. For a twist, serve with a vibrant salad or mango salsa.
