Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and dried oregano.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 15-20 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Add the melted cheeses and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms and becomes pliable.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a 10-12 inch circle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Remove the top parchment sheet and transfer the crust (on the bottom sheet) to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the crust is set.
- Remove from the oven, add toppings as desired, and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until toppings are heated and cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for about 1 month. Reheat in the oven until warm.
