  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Spices and seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste N/A Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week. Keep them crispy by not stacking too much.
