Preparation
- Cook and shred the chicken breast.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, diced celery, sliced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeño, and crumbled bacon.
- In another bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped jalapeño, chopped cilantro, onion powder, garlic salt, and lime juice.
- Mix the dressing with the salad until everything is well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for a little while before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Can be enjoyed on its own, in lettuce wraps, or with crackers. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
