  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder Use unsweetened cocoa powder for best results.
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener Adjust sweetness to your taste.
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted Can be substituted with plant-based butter.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
Coating
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate, for coating Melt for dipping or drizzling.
  • to taste pinch sea salt, for topping Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar-free sweetener, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until everything is well blended.
  2. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to form an even layer.
  3. Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set.
  4. Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Once the bars have set, cut them into squares.
  6. Dip or drizzle the melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
Serving
  1. Serve bars as is or alongside a cozy cup of keto-friendly hot chocolate.
Storage
  1. Store in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life.

Don't overmix the dough for best texture, and consider adding chopped nuts or sugar-free peanut butter for variations.
