Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the donuts until golden, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Filling
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe the cream into cooled donuts.
Serving
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
