  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  5. Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, with or without vanilla ice cream and extra hot fudge. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for a week. Freeze for up to three months. Measure ingredients accurately, don't overmix the batter, and let the bread cool completely before slicing.
