Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or flavored) Use Greek yogurt for creamier texture or plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Substitute with agave syrup or skip if yogurt is sweetened.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For added flavor.
Toppings (optional)
  • Fresh fruit or toppings of choice Examples: nuts, granola, chocolate chips.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. If using fresh fruit or toppings, fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.
Serving
  1. To serve, pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover Homemade Yogos in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let them sit for a minute before enjoying for better texture.
