Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- If using fresh fruit or toppings, fold them into the yogurt mixture.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully frozen.
Serving
- To serve, pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover Homemade Yogos in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let them sit for a minute before enjoying for better texture.
