Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce, cheese, and your toppings in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano and basil.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven for best results.
