Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and honey (or maple syrup).
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and mix until well combined.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
  5. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
