- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and honey (or maple syrup).
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and mix until well combined.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy your healthier version of Kit Kat!
