Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Layer cheese, Canadian bacon, and pineapple on top.
- Add the second slice of cheese and then the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
Cooking
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side until golden and the cheese melts, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and enjoy your Hawaiian Pizza Grilled Cheese!
Notes
Serve with crispy fries or a fresh garden salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
