Ingredients
  

For the marinade and steak
  • 1 lb Strip steak Thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes Adjust according to spice preference
For grilling
  • 2 medium Zucchini Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For brushing zucchini
For serving
  • 4 cups Jasmine rice or mixed greens Choose based on preference
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 lime Lime Cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the thinly sliced strip steak in soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and red pepper flakes for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill and brush the zucchini with olive oil.
Grilling
  1. Grill the zucchini until tender.
  2. Grill the marinated steak until cooked to your liking.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled steak and zucchini over fluffy jasmine rice or crispy mixed greens.
  2. Finish with chopped cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime.

Notes

Leftovers keep in the fridge for about 3–4 days. Store steak and veggies separately from rice or greens for freshness. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill.
