Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
For the garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Brush the mixture over each cheeseburger bomb.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed container.
