Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic. Brush the mixture over each cheeseburger bomb.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed container.
