Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic herb mixture.
Cooking
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra garlic flavor, consider using additional cloves or roasting whole pieces alongside the chicken. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
