  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated) For the creamy sauce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  2. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove over low heat or in the microwave with a splash of milk.
