Preparation
- Season the chicken breast with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
Cooking
- In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and toss to coat it evenly in the garlic butter.
Assembly
- Lightly toast the sandwich buns and spread Caesar dressing on the cut sides of each bun.
- Layer the bottom buns with garlic butter chicken, romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese, then top with the other bun halves.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately while warm.
