  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced Toasting the garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk Add a splash more if dough is too dry.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, parsley, black pepper, and milk. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. On a floured surface, divide the dough into small balls.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

These cheese bombs can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat them in the oven for the best taste.
