Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
Cooking
- Place two slices of garlic bread buttered side down in the skillet.
- Layer the mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese on top.
- Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Grill until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Pair with tomato soup or pickles for a perfect combination. Wrap leftovers tightly and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
