  • 4 slices slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • to taste tbsp Butter for grilling Used for grilling the sandwich.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
Cooking
  1. Place two slices of garlic bread buttered side down in the skillet.
  2. Layer the mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone cheese on top.
  3. Top with the remaining slices of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  4. Grill until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Carefully flip and grill the other side until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Pair with tomato soup or pickles for a perfect combination. Wrap leftovers tightly and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
