- In a bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, grated garlic, chili flakes, and cumin seeds.
- Lay out the phyllo dough on a clean surface. Brush a sheet with olive oil and place a spoonful of the cheese filling at one end of the dough.
- Fold in the sides of the phyllo dough and roll it tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat this process for the remaining sheets and filling.
Cooking
- Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the rolls until they are golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Once done, drain them on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, keep a damp cloth over the phyllo sheets while working to prevent them from drying out. You can customize the filling by adding ingredients like spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, or different cheeses.
