Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour blend, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in the milk, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined without overmixing.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
