  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari Use tamari for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil Gives a distinct Asian flavor.
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated Fresh grated ginger enhances taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to personal preference.

Method
 

Cooking the Dish
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add coleslaw mix and green onions, cooking until vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your healthy egg roll in a bowl!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider garnishing with toasted sesame seeds or serving with cucumbers. This dish is also great for meal prep, keeping well in the fridge for 3-4 days and in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave before serving.
