- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center.
- Fold the edges of the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly, sealing with water if needed.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove them from the oil and place on a paper towel to drain.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can prepare the rolls in advance, and store them in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
