Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces pork chops (bone-in, about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops by rubbing them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. While they cook, melt the butter over low heat in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic, stir until fragrant, and remove from heat.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter over the pork chops once they’re done. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use bone-in chops for tastier results. Let them rest before serving to retain juices. For a lighter version, swap butter for olive oil and watch the garlic closely.
