  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
  1. Once the fries are done, layer them on a serving platter.
  2. Top with shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
