Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush one side of the tortillas with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet, oil side down.
- Spread pizza sauce over the tortillas, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Place another tortilla on top of the first, oil side up, or cut into smaller pieces for individual chips.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, slice if needed, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For the best experience, eat them fresh. If there are leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. To revive crunch, reheat in the oven.
